1. Return Policy  for New Mobile Phones:

  1. You can request to return your mobile phone by submitting a return request through your account online or by contacting MobileMasr Customer service.
  2. If the return is accepted, the mobile phone must be returned in the same condition it was delivered.
  3. The mobile phone will be sent to the authorized agent by MobileMasr to verify its condition within a period not exceeding 5 business days or as per the policy of the authorized agent, Any inspection fee charged by the agent will be billed to the customer
  4. The return will be handled through the shipping company contracted by MobileMasr and at the expense of the buyer.
  5. The value of the mobile phone will be refunded through a bank account or an e-wallet after the approval of MobileMasr.


2. Return Policy for Used Mobile Phones:

  1. You can request to return your mobile phone by submitting a return request through your account online or by contacting MobileMasr Customer service 
  2. After your request is accepted, you must return the mobile phone with all its components and the original box that was received upon purchase. 
  3. MobileMasr provides a warranty for all the functions that are successfully working as indicated in the report attached to the mobile phone.
  4. The warranty provided by MobileMasr is valid for 30 days from the date of receiving the mobile phone.
  5. The return will be handled through the same shipping company that is contracted by MobileMasr and at the expense of the buyer.
  6. The returned mobile phone and its components will be inspected by MobileMasr to ensure that there is no misuse.
  7. The value of the mobile phone will be refunded through a bank account or an electronic wallet after approval from MobileMasr.


3. Order Cancellation Policy Before Delivery

You have 60 minutes after completing the purchase process to cancel your order. If you submit a cancellation request during this period, the amount paid will be refunded to you after deducting administrative fees that vary depending on the payment method used for the purchase, as follows:

  • Credit or debit card payments will be subject to a 3% deduction from the total amount.
  • Bank installment payments using a bank purchasing card will not be subject to any deduction from the total amount.
  • Installment payments through a financing company will not be subject to any deduction from the total amount.
  • For COD orders, your 1,000 EGP is refunded in full if you place a cancellation request within 60 minutes of your order.
  • Any cancellation requests made after the designated 60-minute cancellation period may result in additional deductions from the paid amount due to the start of the supply and shipping processes. 
  • Please note that the refund process may take up to 10 business days.
