Local warranty will be provided by the authorised agent in Egypt, whereby, you can directly approach the agent should you have any issue with the phone. MobileMasr will provide you with all the necessary documents to allow you to approach the authorised dealer should you have a problem with the phone.

    Brand new phones that come with international warranty, are not covered by the local dealer. Brand new phones that come with international warranty are covered by MobileMasr money back guarantee for a duration of 14 days should there be a problem with the phone that is not a result of misuse.


    Comprehensive Insurance with One-Year Warranty on New and Used Phones

     

    This mobile phone is eligible for an extended warranty with comprehensive insurance for one year from the date of purchase.

    The insurance covers the following incidents, subject to terms and conditions:

     

    - Manufacturing defects and repairable accidents: The insurance company will cover 50% of the repair costs at an authorised service center.

    - If the mobile phone cannot be repaired, the insurance company will cover 50% of the total value of the phone as compensation paid to the beneficiary.

     to send a front and back copy of your government ID card and

    arrange payment of the insurance premium to be paid within a maximum of 48 hours from the time of purchase on the platform
