Pros

• The largest battery in the Pura 90 series: 6500mAh, the biggest in the family (larger than both the Pro and Pro Max), with 100W wired, 50W wireless, and reverse charging, earning an excellent battery rating.
• An excellent display: a 6.8-inch LTPO OLED panel with 1320 x 2856 resolution, a variable 1-120Hz refresh rate, 1 billion colors, and a 300Hz touch sampling rate, protected by Kunlun Glass.
• A triple camera system with telephoto: a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP telephoto with optical zoom (3.7x per one source), and a 12.5MP ultrawide, plus a RedMaple color sensor.
• A light design and exclusive features: a slim design at 7mm thick and 210 grams with a pill-shaped front camera cutout housing a multispectral sensor, and IP68 dust and water resistance, plus NearLink 2.0, NFC, Beidou satellite messaging, and modern HarmonyOS 6.1.

Cons

• A weaker chipset than the Pro models: the Pura 90 uses the Kirin 9010S, lower than the Kirin 9030S in the Pro and Pro Max, scoring around 1399 (single) and 3987 (multi) on Geekbench 6.
• Reduced features versus the higher models: it lacks some higher-model features such as an advanced outdoor exploration mode, two-way Beidou messaging, and encrypted sharing, and it has the same 12.5MP ultrawide camera that users criticized on the higher models.
• No Google services: the device runs HarmonyOS 6.1 without Google services or the Play Store, relying on the AppGallery store and Chinese services (HMS). It also does not support XMAGE, relying on Red Maple processing only.
• Limited availability and non-expandable storage: the device is primarily aimed at the Chinese market, storage is non-expandable, and it does not support eSIM (available only on the Pro Max).
