
Vivo expanded its premium smartphone lineup in India with the launch of the X300 Ultra and X300 FE on May 6, 2026, with a strong focus on photography, flagship-level performance, and premium design. Both phones go on sale from May 14 with bank launch discounts of up to ₹16,000 on the Ultra and ₹9,000 on the FE.
The vivo X300 Ultra is priced at ₹1,59,999 for the single 16GB/512GB variant, available in Eclipse Black and Victory Green.
The display is a 6.82-inch LTPO OLED panel with 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate with IP68/IP69 protection. The chipset is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 with 16GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 512GB storage. The battery is 6,600mAh with 100W wired and 40W wireless charging.
The ZEISS camera system features dual 200MP sensors — a main camera and a periscope telephoto — alongside a 50MP ultrawide. It supports 4K 120fps recording and 10-bit LOG capture. The phone runs Android 16-based OriginOS 6 with 5 years of OS updates and 7 years of security patches.
The vivo X300 FE is priced at ₹79,999 for the 12GB/256GB variant and ₹89,999 for 12GB/512GB, available in Lilac Purple, Noir Black, and Urban Olive.

The X300 Ultra at ₹1,59,999 competes directly against the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and iPhone 17 Pro Max with dual 200MP ZEISS cameras and 4K/120fps video. The X300 FE at ₹79,999 offers a compact flagship experience at roughly half the price of the Ultra.
