How to Withdraw from Vodafone Cash at ATM and Deposit Money into Your Account 2026

Vodafone Cash allows subscribers to withdraw money from their wallet at ATMs belonging to partner banks, and to deposit cash directly into their wallet through the same ATMs — without visiting a Vodafone branch.

Partner banks for ATM transactions: Banque Misr, National Bank of Egypt, Cairo Bank, CIB, Bank of Alexandria, Housing and Development Bank, United National Bank, Bank Audi, QNB Al Ahli, United Bank, and Suez Canal Bank.

Method 1: ATM Withdrawal via Code

Dial ‎922#‎ and enter the withdrawal amount (20 EGP minimum, 30,000 EGP maximum) and your Vodafone Cash PIN. You will receive an SMS containing a one-time dynamic PIN.

At any partner bank ATM, select Cardless Services or Cash Services, then Mobile Wallet, then Withdrawal. Enter your Vodafone number, the dynamic PIN from the SMS, and the withdrawal amount. Confirm and collect the cash immediately.

Method 2: ATM Withdrawal via the Ana Vodafone App

Open the Ana Vodafone app with Mobile Data enabled. Tap More ( ☰ ) at the bottom, then "ATM Withdrawal". Enter the amount (5 EGP to 30,000 EGP) and your PIN, then tap "Issue Card". You will receive an SMS with the dynamic PIN. Follow the same ATM steps above to complete the withdrawal.

Important Notes About the Dynamic PIN

The dynamic PIN is valid for one use only — whether the transaction succeeds or fails. It is also valid for 30 minutes only from the time it is requested. If it expires or has been used, you must request a new one via ‎922#‎.

ATM Withdrawal Fees

The fee is 1% of the withdrawn amount, with a minimum of 3 EGP. For example, withdrawing 1,000 EGP costs 10 EGP in fees. The daily withdrawal limit is 30,000 EGP and the monthly limit is 100,000 EGP. The maximum wallet balance is 50,000 EGP.

Depositing Cash into Vodafone Cash at ATM

No code is needed to deposit. At a partner bank ATM, select Cash Services, then Mobile Wallet, then Deposit. Enter your Vodafone number and wallet PIN, enter the deposit amount (20 EGP to 50,000 EGP), insert the cash, and confirm. You will receive an SMS confirming the successful deposit with your updated balance.
