In just two generations, vivo has nearly doubled the battery capacity of its Y-series Pro smartphones. The Y400 Pro launched last June with a 5,500mAh battery. The Y500 Pro followed in November with a significant bump to 7,000mAh. And now the Y600 Pro makes them both feel tiny with its 10,200mAh Si-C battery.
That's a full 38Wh battery inside a smartphone, featuring fourth-generation silicon anode technology with 15% silicon content and an energy density of 886Wh/L.
The second-generation semi-solid battery technology allows the handset to maintain a relatively slim profile of 8.15mm and a weight of 221 grams, despite the substantial energy density.
vivo claims the Y600 Pro can easily last over 24 hours with 47 hours of calls, 28 hours of video playback, or 16 hours of navigation. vivo also claims the battery will retain 80% of its capacity after 6 years of regular usage (1,600 charging cycles).
The phone supports 90W fast charging for a full charge in under 80 minutes, alongside reverse wired charging to use the phone as a portable power bank.
The 6.83-inch AMOLED with 1.5K resolution (2800×1260), 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ certification, 10-bit color depth, and 4320Hz PWM dimming for eye protection.
The Dimensity 7300e processor — the first phone to launch with this chip — pairs with 8GB or 12GB RAM and 256/512GB storage, running Android 16 with OriginOS 6. IP68 and IP69 ratings, under-display fingerprint sensor, full-featured NFC, IR blaster, and 5G.
A 50MP rear camera and a 32MP front camera, both capable of 1080p video recording.
