Important Note Before Renewing Early

When you renew your WE package before its scheduled monthly date, the renewal date changes to the current day and resets to 30 days from that point. You will also lose any remaining data from the current package. It is therefore recommended to renew early only when the package has actually run out and the speed has dropped.

Method 1: Renew via the WE Website

Log into your WE account at the official website. Click the menu at the top and select Plans & Services, then select Change Plan. On the next page, click the Renew button. A warning will appear informing you that the renewal date will change to today — click OK and the package will be renewed immediately. The same steps apply if using a computer or laptop.

Method 2: Renew via the My WE App

The My WE app is available for Android and iPhone. After logging in, your current package details and remaining days will be displayed. If the package has run out, a renewal prompt will appear — tap it, confirm that the renewal date will change to today, tap OK, and the package renews instantly without needing to call customer service.

Method 3: Renew via Customer Service

Pay your bill first, then call WE customer service at 19777 or 111 from any landline or mobile phone and ask the representative to renew your package before the scheduled date.
