Oppo's weird obsession with the A6 series is about to turn a new page with an international version of the Oppo A6c, which had previously launched in China. The Chinese A6c was all but a rebadged A6x 4G with a new back design, and its upcoming international variant will bring an updated back design alongside thoroughly different specs.
The international version will feature a 6.75-inch IPS LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate and a notch for its 5MP front-facing camera.
The entry-level Unisoc T7250 (T615) chipset will be at the helm. This is a step down from the Snapdragon 685 used in the Chinese version.
The device is getting a larger 7,000mAh battery with 15W charging. The Chinese model carried a 6,500mAh cell.
Around the back, there is confirmation of a 13MP main camera joined by an unspecified auxiliary lens.
The software side will be covered by Android 16, and the phone will be available in white, brown, and purple colors.
The Chinese A6c featured Snapdragon 685, a 6,500mAh battery, and 6GB/128GB in a single trim at CNY 899 (~$129). The international version gains a bigger battery but trades down to a Unisoc chipset instead of Snapdragon.
The international Oppo A6c delivers a clear battery upgrade over the Chinese model but takes a step back on chipset performance. It targets the entry-level segment with modern Android 16 software and a large battery for straightforward daily use.
