Moto G47 — Skipping G46 With a Quality and Camera Leap

Motorola announced the Moto G47 alongside the G37, G37 Power, G87, and the Razr 70 trio. The Moto G47 is powered by the Dimensity 6300 SoC paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM.

The Moto G47 arrives as the follow-up to the G45 released in August 2024 — leapfrogging G46 entirely — and brings notable upgrades in display, design, battery, and camera departments.

The G47 now has an updated design that matches its siblings: Moto G87, G37, and G37 Power. Build quality has noticeably improved.
