iQOO has officially teased the upcoming iQOO 15T and iQOO Pad 6 Pro in China and has opened pre-reservations for both devices. Rumors about the two products surfaced late last month, pointing to a May launch. While no details about the devices have been confirmed, iQOO has teased the design of the 15T, which appears to have a square rear camera module.
The iQOO 15T is tipped to run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, feature a 6.83-inch flat 2K 144Hz OLED display, pack a 200MP main rear camera, and carry an 8,000mAh battery — a notably large cell for a non-gaming flagship. The front panel is expected to carry an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner.
On the design side, a separate leak from Digital Chat Station shows the rear panel appears to follow the iQOO 15 Ultra's design language with a square camera module, two visible lenses, and a textured rim around the housing.
Reports suggest the tablet could feature a 13.2-inch 4K LCD display powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. It may also pack a 13,000mAh battery with 90W fast charging support and an 8-speaker audio setup. The tablet appears to be a rebranded version of the vivo Pad 6 Pro. It is shown in a green shade with a circular rear camera module.
The TWS 5i earbuds are teased with 50-hour total battery life and a 42ms low-latency gaming mode. The design features in-ear stems with a black-and-gold charging case.
iQOO is offering multiple benefits for early buyers in China, including extended warranty support, battery-related benefits, and trade-in offers.
A full launch is expected later this month — meaning late May 2026 in China.
