Prolific Chinese leaker Digital Chat Station published a comprehensive spec sheet for the iQOO 15T on Weibo ahead of its expected official launch in late May 2026. The iQOO 15T has cleared all required certifications for release in mainland China. Pre-orders have already opened in China from May 7 alongside the iQOO Pad 6 Pro and iQOO TWS 5i earbuds.
The iQOO 15T features a 6.83-inch flat OLED display with 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The flat display design reflects 2026's broad industry shift away from curved screens. The phone is expected to include a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor for fast and accurate unlocking.
The iQOO 15T is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, placing it in direct competition with the OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra and Redmi K90 Max in the Chinese market. The Dimensity 9500 is expected to be based on TSMC's second-generation 3nm process.
The 200MP Samsung HP5 primary sensor comes with OIS and full-pixel autofocus — making it the first 200MP camera in any iQOO flagship. The secondary rear camera is 50MP, while the front selfie camera is 16MP. The phone supports 8K video recording.
The battery is 8,000mAh with 100W wired fast charging support. The phone will reportedly lack wireless charging. The large battery combined with the power-efficient Dimensity 9500 promises exceptional battery life for everyday use.
The iQOO 15T will launch in three editions: Qingyun, Legend, and Track Edition. The Legend model likely features BMW W Motorsport branding on a white back panel, while the Track Edition could be a sleek, dark, racing-inspired option.
The phone is available in five configurations: 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+256GB, 16GB+512GB, and a top-end 16GB+1TB variant.
Additional features include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, IP68 and IP69 ratings, and an X-axis linear motor for improved haptic feedback. The phone features a metal middle frame and full water resistance.
