
Vodafone Cash wallet is one of the most popular digital financial solutions in Egypt, providing users with a safe and easy way to conduct daily financial transactions, whether they want to transfer money, pay bills, or shop online.
Before starting, save these important codes:
Type the short code: *9*7*phone number*amount#
Practical example: To transfer 766 EGP to 010XXXXXXXX type: *9*7*010XXXXXXXX*766# then press call → a window will appear asking for the wallet PIN → confirm the phone number and amount before confirming → after confirming the data, the transfer is completed immediately.
Type *9# on the keypad and press the call button → a menu containing Vodafone Cash services will appear → select Transfer Money → enter the number to send money to → enter the amount to transfer → the system will ask for the wallet PIN → after entering the PIN, a text message will be received confirming the amount was sent successfully.
Open the Ana Vodafone app (downloadable from the App Store or Google Play) → on the home page, find the financial services or Vodafone Cash section → select Transfer Money → enter the recipient's phone number.
Enter the phone number in the mobile number field (can be selected directly from the contacts list) → enter the amount → enter the wallet PIN → carefully read the confirmation message that appears, review the amount and number, then tap Confirm.
Important note: The Vodafone Cash service page in the Ana Vodafone app cannot be opened without activating mobile data from the SIM card (not Wi-Fi).
To withdraw or deposit money in a Vodafone Cash wallet, visit: a Vodafone branch or authorized distributor with the Vodafone Cash sign, Bassata, Fawry or Aman branches, or ATMs at: Alexandria Bank, National Bank of Egypt, Cairo Bank, Bank Misr, Bank Audi, Commercial International Bank, United Bank, QNB, Housing and Development Bank, Suez Canal Bank, and United National Bank.
Warning: Always make sure the recipient's number is registered in an active electronic wallet before sending. If the number is not registered, the operation may fail or settlement may be delayed.
