Honor just unveiled three mid-range tablets — the Pad 10 Pro, which offers a more premium alternative to last year's Pad 10, as well as the Pad X10 and Pad X10 Pro.
The Honor Pad 10 Pro brings more compute power in a slimmer package. The metal unibody design measures 6.1mm thick and weighs 475g. For comparison, the Pad 10 is 6.3mm and 525g, while the Pad 9 Pro from 2024 is 6.6mm and 589g.
The display is an 11.5-inch LCD with 2,800×1,840px resolution, 500 nits of brightness, and a 144Hz refresh rate. It features 10-bit colors with DCI-P3 support and IMAX Enhanced, HDR Vivid, and Zreal certifications. An optional anti-glare coating cuts out 98% of ambient light reflections.
The Honor Pad 10 Pro is powered by the Dimensity 8350 Ultimate, which promises 20% higher CPU and 60% higher GPU performance compared to the previous-generation Dimensity 8100 in the Pad 9 Pro.
On the audio front, it has four speakers with DTS:X and IMAX Enhanced support, plus a HiRes Audio certification.
The Pad 10 Pro supports the Honor Magic-Pencil 4s, which detects 4,096 levels of pressure. You can swap between a soft and a hard nib to adjust the writing experience. AI features include the AI Magic Lasso — circle handwritten text to convert it to digital text.
Despite its slim profile, the Pad 10 Pro packs a 10,100mAh battery with 35W wired charging — the same capacity as the Pad 10.
The Honor Pad X10 Pro has an 11.5-inch LCD (2,508×1,508px, 255ppi) with a 120Hz refresh rate and 400 nits of brightness. It measures 6.77mm thick and weighs 475g, making it slimmer and lighter than the non-Pro X10. However, it has a relatively small 8,300mAh battery.
It is powered by the Snapdragon 685 and runs MagicOS 9 based on Android 15.
The Honor Pad X10 has an 11-inch LCD (1,920×1,200px, 207ppi) with a 90Hz refresh rate and 500 nits of brightness. It is thicker and heavier at 7.25mm and 499g, but offers a bigger 10,100mAh battery. It runs on the Snapdragon 680 and comes with MagicOS 10 based on Android 16.
Both X10 slates are aimed at a younger audience with kid-friendly software pre-installed, including a number of homework-related tools. Both are available in China now with promotional discounts.
The Honor Pad 10 Pro delivers a compelling package of performance and slim design for serious users — thinner, lighter, more powerful, and better display than its predecessor. The Pad X10 and X10 Pro target more budget-conscious segments with their own trade-offs.
